| As mentioned last month, the automation af the reporting system is under construction. However, I do hope we can go live within a month or at least in the beginning of february. News from Duckling Air Skunkworks:
We are going to re-introduce the old faithful B757-200. It is currently being testflown between Vaerloese and Innsbruck, Austria. The paintjob is almost done.
As we are planning to take the 767's out of service, we need something else for transporting cargo. We have found this beauty, a B747-400F.
Also we are planning to re-introduce the B747-400. OY-DAD was one of out first aircraft in service. It will be put back in to service soon. Currently being testflown.
Previous we have had only two helicopters in our fleet. This is also going to change. This is a UH-1a Bell 205 Huey, Humbird3.
The old faithful Sikorsky S61N. The livery is the standard Duckling Air livery. | | 27.12.2004 | | Still working on liveries to the B757-200, the B747-400 in both versions. Also working on a very old project from way back in the old FS98 days, the Avro RJ85. Mr. Jens Schreiber has made a special livery for the RJ85.
Jens Schreiber has put great effort in this particular livery, and we look forward to presenting this bird some time soon along with our normal Duckling Air livery.
Also working on the textures for the default Beech Baron by Mr. Alan Pereira Pierce. These textures are being tested by some of our pilots. Try both versions of the RJ85 (beta), click here to download | | 28.12.2004 | | Do you remeber our old workhorse Saab 340B we had back i FS98 ??
Well, I found a model from Mike Stones page and painted it in our livery. Careful now, the paint is still wet. Try the Saab again, click here to download
As you can see, the painting of the B757 is progressing. Added a few layers of extra high-gloss paint.
This one, I just had to show you. It's called a FlapJack, and it is a fictional plane. It is a recreation of a popular model toy sold years ago. It's based on one of the contraptions used by Wiley Coyote in his never-ending pursuit of the Road Runner. It has a very funny way of retracting the landing gear. Found at Mike Stone's page |
